This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor to join a high-performing family team handling top-quality work. The role offers a strong balance of autonomy and collaboration, allowing you to develop your own caseload while also supporting senior colleagues on more complex matters. You will work on a broad range of family law matters, including high value financial remedy cases, often involving trusts, business assets, pensions and international elements, alongside private children work and relationship-based matters. You will manage your own caseload and take a proactive role in supporting and mentoring junior team members, while also assisting Partners on more complex or Partner-led cases. The work is varied and intellectually stimulating, requiring both attention to detail and the ability to think strategically about client outcomes.
You will be a UK-qualified Solicitor with solid family law experience, likely around 5-8 years' PQE. Your background will include divorce and separation, complex financial remedy work involving high value assets, as well as cohabitation, nuptial agreements and private children matters. You will be confident managing your own caseload and supporting senior colleagues on more complex work, with any experience mentoring junior lawyers seen as a plus. You will combine strong technical ability with excellent client care, clear communication and good organisational skills. A proactive, collaborative approach, commercial awareness and confidence using technology are important, alongside an interest in business development and marketing.
You will join a firm that prioritises professional development, autonomy and long-term progression within a supportive and forward-thinking culture. The role offers high-quality, varied work, exposure to leading specialists and genuine opportunities to progress your career. You will also benefit from a comprehensive package, performance-related bonus schemes and modern working environment, with flexible full-time or part-time arrangements available.
If you are interested in this opportunity or would like to discuss it in confidence, please get in touch.
