A well-established regional main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Document Controller to support a £12M refurbishment project in Southampton. This is a part-time, hybrid role (3 days per week), working closely with the Commercial Director and Project Management team on site, helping to ensure the smooth running and organisation of project documentation. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all project documentation systems
- Support the Commercial Director and Project Management team with administrative and document control duties
- Ensure accurate filing, tracking, and distribution of all project documents
- Maintain revision control and ensure compliance with company procedures
- Coordinate document flow between site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Assist with reporting, meeting documentation, and project correspondence
