We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our established Accountancy & Finance team at Hays, specialising in the recruitment of Part Qualified Finance professionals across Bath, Wiltshire and the surrounding region. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your own market while working alongside - and learning from - some of the most successful finance recruiters in the South West. You'll be supported, coached and mentored by market-leading consultants with years of experience, giving you access to industry-leading training and invaluable local market knowledge from day one.

What you'll be doing:

  • Building relationships with finance leaders and hiring managers across the region
  • Recruiting Part Qualified finance professionals including AAT, ACCA, CIMA and ACA studiers
  • Winning new business and developing long-term client partnerships
  • Providing expert advice to both clients and candidates
  • Managing the full recruitment life cycle from vacancy briefing to placement
