As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a talented Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (3-5 years PQE) to join their highly regarded Specialist Liability team.

Your new role

You will be joining a dynamic and fast-growing team specialising in complex and sensitive claims, including child abuse litigation, inquests, and claims against social services. The team acts for a wide range of public and private sector clients, including local authorities, healthcare providers, educational institutions, and insurers.This is a varied and intellectually stimulating role, involving both pre-litigated and litigated matters. You will advise clients on high-profile and often sensitive issues, prepare defences, attend inquests, and support senior lawyers on complex cases. The role offers a high level of responsibility and the opportunity to work closely with some of the leading practitioners in this field.

What you\’ll need to succeed

You will be a bright and enthusiastic lawyer with a genuine interest in Specialist Liability work. Experience in abuse litigation and inquests is highly desirable, along with a strong track record of delivering excellent client service. You should be confident handling complex cases, able to work both independently and collaboratively, and demonstrate empathy and commercial awareness when advising clients.Experience of advising on Human Rights Act claims, and a clean driving licence would be advantageous.
