This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients and their families, managing cases that have a significant impact on their lives while developing your expertise in this highly specialised area of law.Managing a caseload of complex serious injury claims, particularly traumatic brain injury matters.There may also be opportunities to undertake clinical negligence work, depending on experience and interests.Running high-value multi-track litigation from inception through to settlement or trial.Advising clients and their families throughout the claims process.Working alongside medical experts, case managers and rehabilitation providers.Building relationships with professional contacts and supporting the firm's reputation within the serious injury sectorWhat you'll need to succeedQualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with Civil Litigation practice rights.Proven experience handling high-value serious injury claims.Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for occasional client visitsWhat you'll get in returnThis is a fantastic opportunity for Serious Injury Lawyers to join a high-performing, specialist team.
