Your new role
We're looking for a strategic, creative, and commercially-minded Social Media Manager to elevate a leading brand across the UK&I region. This is a critical individual contributor role with high visibility and impact, responsible for driving brand consideration, engagement, and advocacy through social media. You'll lead our LinkedIn strategy and shape our presence across Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms in the UK&I. You'll bring a deep understanding of audience behaviour, a framework that links creativity to ROI, and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.

- Proven experience managing social media in a brand-led, performance-driven environment (e.g. tech scale-ups, media, consumer brands, or social-first agencies).
- Strong track record of creative content development and audience engagement.
- Experience with video and graphic tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, InDesign).
- Familiarity with social media management platforms (e.g. Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Brandwatch).
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to link content to commercial outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, confidence and the ability to influence at senior levels.
