Technical expert with strong experience in Temenos T24 core banking system, providing complete support related to the T24 operations, upgrade and integration with other IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve problems related to the T24 daily operations.
- Improve T24 system functionality to support the bank's requirements better.
- Contribute to T24 system update, install patches and integrate with other IT systems.
- Maintain a solid understanding of the bank's business needs and work closely with other departments to meet them.
- Software development from technical design to delivery and maintenance.
- Supporting T24 system performance and security monitoring.
- Performing design, coding, code review and assisting unit testing.
- Ensuring development is done according to the specifications and within time.

- Solid experience in T24 integration, interfacing and customisation of Browser.
- Experience administering and supporting online, mission-critical systems.
- Experience dealing with end-user requests and managing quality expectations.
- Ability to provide user training and prepare documentation and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with other team members and business users.
- Experience managing several concurrent activities and prioritising demands.
- Understanding of banking business and products.
- Good understanding of modern software development standards, data concepts, and systems integration.
