Your new company You will be joining a leading organisation within the public sector technology space, supporting a major programme of work requiring strong business analysis capability across complex technical and operational environments. Your new role As a Senior Technical Business Analyst, you will lead the investigation, analysis and definition of platform requirements across multiple business and technical domains. You will identify dependencies, risks and opportunities, support delivery planning, and act as a key link between technical platform teams and the wider programme team. You will be responsible for eliciting, analysing and documenting requirements, producing high-quality business analysis artefacts including process models and impact assessments, and engaging with senior stakeholders to ensure requirements align with strategic objectives and programme outcomes. What you'll need to succeed You will need strong experience as a Senior Business Analyst within complex technical or platform-focused programmes. You should be confident working across business and technical teams, managing senior stakeholder relationships, assessing cross-programme dependencies and producing clear requirements documentation, process models and impact assessments. *Y
ou must already hold current and active MOD SC
clearance to be considered for this role. Candidates without existing MOD-held SC clearance unfortunately cannot be progressed.
Please note that additional vetting will also be required, which may mean the onboarding process takes longer than usual. What you'll get in return You will receive a competitive day rate of £671, working on a PAYE via umbrella basis only. The role will be hybrid, with location and office split to be confirmed. You will be supporting a high-profile public sector programme with the opportunity to play a key role in shaping platform requirements and delivery planning.
