Your new company A leading global multi-disciplinary consultancy is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join its established Building Engineering team in Belfast.

Your new role As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role within the Building Services team, leading electrical design delivery across a range of multidisciplinary projects while supporting the development of junior engineers and contributing to the continued growth of the business.
Leading the electrical design and coordination of building services projects from feasibility through to completion.
Working closely with architects, structural engineers, mechanical engineers and wider project teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
Managing project programmes, technical delivery and design coordination across multiple projects.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships and attending project meetings with key stakeholders.
Providing technical guidance, support and mentorship to junior engineers and design staff.
Contributing to innovative and sustainable design solutions that maximise value while reducing environmental impact.
Working across a diverse range of sectors including data centres, healthcare, laboratories, commercial, residential, education, energy and mixed-use developments.
Supporting the ongoing digital transformation of the business through the use of BIM, automation and advanced digital design tools.
Assisting with project planning, resourcing and commercial delivery to ensure successful project outcomes.
What you'll need to succeed You will have a strong background in Electrical Building Services Engineering gained within a consultancy or design environment, along with experience delivering complex projects from concept through to completion.
A degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.
Significant experience within Electrical Building Services design.
Previous experience leading or coordinating the design delivery of projects within a multidisciplinary environment.
Strong knowledge of electrical building systems, design standards and industry regulations.
Experience working within a BIM environment with Revit experience is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance technical quality with project delivery objectives.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
