Our client, a large housing association, is looking for an experienced Resales & Staircasing Officer to manage a caseload of shared ownership resales, staircasing transactions and ad hoc empty property disposals.
Location: London - Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home)
Duration: 3 months initially with potential to be extended
Rate: £23.57 per hour PAYE
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
