Your new company This is an opportunity to work with one of the largest housing providers in the Southwest, working specifically within a commercial premises team responsible for ongoing management of a diverse portfolio of property, including office space, and retail.
Your new role A Commercial Premises Surveyor is required to manage and enhance their portfolio of commercial properties.
This is a varied and rewarding role, combining asset management, landlord and tenant responsibilities, valuation work and stakeholder engagement.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of commercial premises, including marketing of vacant units, undertaking viewings, negotiating new lease agreements, lease renewals and rent reviews.
This role will see you provide expert advice on commercial property matters, assist with rent collection, and support the calculation of affordable rents.
What you'll need to succeed Experience in commercial property asset management.
Knowledge of the Landlord and Tenant Act.
Proven experience negotiating lease terms, lease renewals and rent reviews.
Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills.
