Your New Role
- Running various tasks to maintain system integrity
- Analysing supplier updates to determine solutions and ensuring in-house databases are kept up to date to ensure cost effective solutions are recorded in a timely manner.
- Ensure discrepancies are highlighted to find solutions whilst liaising with internal customers.
- Analyse supplier updates to determine customer solutions
- Create accurate records on in house Computer Systems as orders/jobs are placed with supplier.
Who we're looking for
- Proven administration experience, with a focus in data and order processing
- Strong working knowledge in Excel and other Office packages
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
