You will take the lead on a school extension and refurbishment project, overseeing all on-site activities from early stages through to completion. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing day-to-day site operations to ensure programme targets are met
  • Coordinating subcontractors, trades and suppliers on site
  • Ensuring strict adherence to health safety regulations
  • Liaising with project stakeholders including clients, design teams and local authorities
