Your new role
As Highways Site Manager, you will take charge of on-site operations, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You\’ll be responsible for managing teams, liaising with stakeholders, and coordinating day-to-day activities in line with National Highways Framework requirements.

What you\’ll need to succeed
– A valid CSCS card- SMSTS – National Highways Passport- First Aid TrainingStrong leadership, communication, and organisational skills will be key to thriving in this fast-paced environment.
