Your new company Hays are working with an established regional housebuilder to procure an experienced and reliable site manager to oversee their newbuild residential scheme in the Warrington area for a period of 8 weeks. The project in question is currently in site set up, so you will be overseeing the enabling works and subcontractors on site.
As Site Manager, you will:
- Maintain all RAMS and H&S on site
- Oversee the groundworks contractors
- Ensure QA is upheld
- Assist in programming
What you will have:
- Black CSCS is mandatory
