A national housebuilding company with several sites in the North Yorkshire area is looking for an experienced house building Site Manager to join the site team.
Your new role
Your new role as a Site Manager on this project will be to manage the units as they near completion and see them through to handover.
You will be managing subcontractors and liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will need a solid background as a Site Manager and running similar projects. You will have good man management skills, be approachable and adaptable and be able to find solutions quickly and effectively. You will have a valid-in-date SMSTS, CSCS and first aid certificate. You must have a background in national house building.
