Site Engineer – Residential Scheme – Co. Monaghan

Due to continuous growth in the market within the residential construction sector, one of Northern Ireland’s leading, award-winning building & civil engineering firms are now seeking a driven, experienced Site Engineer to join their specialist team on a residential scheme based in Co. Monaghan. With over 40 years in operation, the company have successfully delivered a variety of enviable & innovative schemes across a range of sectors for a number of high-profile clients throughout the UK & Ireland.
Your new role
Your new role will be pivotal to the construction of a social housing development comprising 51 units taken from inception and civils right through to completion.
This role will provide a Site Engineer or Senior Engineer with previous experience in build / residential works with a great chance to join a reputable Northern Irish Contractor on a long-term project based local to home in Co. Monaghan.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will need to be a highly motivated individual with strong work ethic and an ability to work well within a large team. You will have previous experience in the build sector, ideally having worked on residential projects. To be considered successful for this role, you will be CSR or CSCS certified.

The company have a busy orderbook for 2025 which will lead into further projects across NI later next year.
