Position Overview: Site Agent

Rate: £400 – £450 per day Umbrella

Location: Tring

Responsibilities:

As the Site Agent, you will act as the primary onsite contact, managing a team of approximately 15–20 individuals. You will ensure adherence to established processes and procedures, which includes maintaining site records and issuing permits. Collaborating with the Project Manager, you will oversee the planning and execution of site activities, ensuring compliance with environmental, quality, and safety standards. This will be achieved by managing an experienced supply chain and direct delivery resources.

Key Duties:

• Sheet piling
• Deep drainage
• Alignment works
• Civil works
• Managing subcontractor workforce
• Maintaining a clear safety record

Requirements:

• Black or gold CSCS card
• SMSTS certification
• Experience with sheet/silent piling
• First aid certificate
• Temporary works coordinator/supervisor experience
• Reservoir experience (preferred)
• NEC4 experience
• Confined space awareness

General Experience:

• Proficiency in deep drainage
• Experience working on reservoirs
• Proven ability to oversee a team and serve as the lead onsite contact
• Strong communication skills for effective coordination
• Solid understanding of work programs and the ability to ensure timely completion
