A successful manufacturing company based on the Deeside Industrial Estate is currently looking for a competent HR administrator to join their busy office on a contract basis until the end of December. This is an excellent opportunity for an immediately available administrator with exposure to HR processes.
You will be based in a fast-paced human resources team, where you will be expected to manage a high volume of work. Your duties will include but aren't limited to:
- Supporting the full employee life cycle
- Preparing HR data for monthly reporting
- Preparing induction packs and delivering induction programmes
- Maintaining and analysing absence data
- Booking and organising external training courses
- Maintaining training records
- Preparing employment contracts
- Attending confidential meetings and producing minutes
You will be eager to produce high quality work and show a keen eye for detail to ensure there are no errors being processed. You will have recent senior administration experience and ideally knowledge of HR processes.
You will get the fantastic opportunity to work for a highly established company on a short term contract receiving a competitive hourly rate of £13.50ph plus extra holiday pay per hour. Full time hours and ample on-site parking available.
