We are looking for a compassionate and proactive Supported Housing Worker to join a dedicated team delivering vital services to individuals experiencing homelessness. This role is essential in providing safe, high-quality accommodation and support to those who need it most.

Your new role:

  • Deliver a high-quality 'off the street' accommodation service for individuals rough sleeping within Mendip.
  • Progress and track referrals into the service.
  • Build positive and effective working relationships with relevant agencies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Take part in rostered systems of working between 08:00 AM and 08:00 PM, including weekends as required.
