The Role

As a KS1 Supply Teacher, you'll provide classroom cover across Year 1 and Year 2 classes, ensuring pupils remain engaged and supported in their learning while maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment. You'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of local primary schools, gain valuable experience in different settings and enjoy the freedom that supply teaching can offer.

We're Looking for Teachers Who:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or are working towards it
  • Have experience teaching within Key Stage 1
  • Can quickly adapt to different classroom environments
  • Deliver engaging and creative lessons that support pupil progress
  • Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff
  • Bring enthusiasm, professionalism and reliability to every placement
