Your new company
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive repairs coordinator to join our client's team. This is a temporary role which will turn permanent for the right person. As a repairs coordinator, you will act as a key point of contact for repair requests, liaising with contractors, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues and minimal disruption to services. Working remotely with occasional site visits.
Your new role
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day repair and maintenance requests across sites
- Log, prioritise, and track repair jobs using internal systems
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers to schedule and oversee works
- Ensure all repairs are completed within agreed service levels and budgets
- Monitor contractor performance and compliance with health and safety standards
- Provide updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records and produce reports on repair activities
- Support continuous improvement of processes and service delivery
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a repair coordinator in the construction industry (desirable)
- Proficiency in planning software (desirable)
