Hays are currently working with a busy and fast-paced organisation in Sheffield to recruit an Office Assistant on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an immediately available candidate seeking short-term work over the next couple of months.

Supporting the Office Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office during a particularly busy period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Management and organisation of documents
  • General administrative support to the Office Manager
  • Reception duties including meeting and greeting visitors
  • Handling incoming calls and emails
  • Supporting health & safety administration
