We are partnering with a prominent professional organisation that has recently completed a merger to identify skilled and experienced Service delivery and transition specialists to help deliver service excellence across multiple BAU projects within the business. This professional will be the interface between the technical stakeholders and the 3rd party providers across multiple projects and will be responsible for writing standard operating procedures and monitoring and managing the 3rd party service levels, managing support level tickets, DR and service continuity.
To be considered for the role, you should have the requirements below:
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in service design or service delivery/transition
- Extensive experience writing standard operating procedures
- Strong knowledge and troubleshooting experience with 3rd party stakeholders
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to document processes effectively
The role is initially for a 6-month period; there is a possibility of extension depending on the client's needs. This role will be based in Belfast but would possibly be fully remote (UK-based candidates) for the best-fit candidate.
