You will be joining a very friendly and professional team who all work to common goals and share success. Your duties will be diverse with no two days being the same, including:

  • managing customer orders and queries
  • distributing monthly reports
  • updating orders and managing order escalations for key customers
  • updating and monitoring work in progress reports and customer survey reports
  • daily coordination of engineering work
  • tracking order amendments on internal systems
  • coordinating daily customer updates

Our client is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and organised individual who has first-class stakeholder engagement skills. The successful candidate will have gained experience in a similar role, have excellent technology skills, great coordination and planning ability. Due to the nature of the role, this vacancy will be fully office-based at the client site near Farnborough and applicants must have full right to work in the UK already in place.
