  • Role as a Senior Town Planner with a market-leading service station operator and retail developer
  • Internal expert – working strategically with the internal acquisitions and PM team, you will offer planning advice on 100’s of future and existing sites as to secure planning approval
  • Make a name for yourself – as well as managing and working in collaboration with renowned external planning consultants, much of the planning application process remains in-house where you will demonstrate and further develop your expertise and knowledge

What you need to succeed?

  • You will need a minimum of 3 years’ UK planning experience
  • Switched-on, ambitious and confident character to navigate the relationships of various stakeholders
  • A willingness to manage and mentor a graduate planner
  • Member of the Royal Institute of Town Planners
