Job Description
Your new company
I am currently working with a Property Consultancy seeking a Senior Surveyor to be a key member of the Valuation team, delivering against their own targets for business and also being a key team player. The role will build on an existing client base and deliver against all Valuation related requirements.
Your new role
- A primarily fee earning role, driving fee earning initiatives while ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that lead to strong financial outcomes for the team
- Consistently meet and exceed personal financial targets set
- Effectively follow and enforce processes and instructions accurately
- Guide and make more informed decisions/suggestions whilst supporting senior team members on large or complex instructions
- Secure, maintain and develop strong local client relationships
- Perform and execute valuations efficiently to consistent, exacting, high, standards within deadlines
- Provide excellent quality advice and maintain high professional standards at all times
- Continuous marketing and networking to help to continue to grow the client base within the full company service offering
What you'll need to succeed
- Chartered Surveyor – MRICS (min. 2 years+ PQE)
- Experience of operating in the property sector, to have some experience of the London Valuation market
- Strong technical valuation skills and knowledge of valuation techniques
- Experience in successfully meeting pre-defined financial targets
- Understanding of KEL, Argus Capitalisation and Developer software.
