Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects from concept to completion
- Lead and mentor junior engineers
- Produce and review calculations, reports, specifications and drawings
- Maintain high standards of technical excellence and project delivery
- Engage with clients and manage stakeholder relationships
- Support business growth and client relationship development
Key requirements
- Chartered or near-Chartered engineer
- Strong experience in structural design across steel, concrete, masonry and timber
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Client-facing experience
- Proficiency with relevant software (desirable: Tekla Structural Designer, Robot, Tedds)
