Senior SAP Consultant

Job Title: Senior SAP Fieldglass Consultant Location: Hatfield, UK/Hybrid working Employment Type: 5-month Contract, Outside IR35 Industry: Information Technology Services We are looking for a highly skilled Senior SAP Fieldglass Consultant with deep ideal candidate will lead the design, configuration, deployment, and support of SAP Fieldglass solutions for enterprise clients. and cross-functional collaboration with SAP ECC procurement, Successfactors, and IT teams. Lead SAP Fieldglass implementations and enhancements with a focus on SOW and Contingent modules. Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specs, configuration guides, and training materials. Deliver user training, knowledge transfer to the technical team, testing support, and post-go-live troubleshooting. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for SAP Fieldglass and related integrations (e.g., SAP ECC MM, HR, FI). Work with vendors, MSPs, and internal teams to optimize VMS performance and compliance. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Information Technology, or related field. ~5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Fieldglass, specifically in SOW and Contingent Workforce modules. ~ Proven experience with end-to-end SAP Fieldglass implementations. ~ Familiarity with integrations between SAP Fieldglass and other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP ECC MM, Successfactors, FI). ~ SAP Fieldglass certification is an advantage. Project management or consulting background in large-scale VMS rollouts. French speaking will be highly advantageous.
