Excellent opportunity to join a leading property services provider as a Retrofit Energy Assessor to deliver high-impact decarbonisation projects in Hertfordshire.
Your new role
As the Retrofit Energy Assessor, you will lead retrofit initiatives aligned with PAS 2030/2035 standards including insulation, windows, loft upgrades and air source heat pumps. You\'ll manage a small team of two direct reports and will oversee compliance, conduct Retrofit assessments, EPCs, borescope surveys and air tightness testing, while ensuring quality assurance and resident satisfaction throughout project delivery. As part of the role you will collaborate with contract managers to deliver end-to-end retrofit schemes and manage project documentation.
What you\'ll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role, you should hold a level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management, or be nearing completion. You should have a background in social housing and experience delivering retrofit projects. A driving licence is required for this role.
