In the role of Senior Residential Surveyor, you will be tasked with and measured in the following: inspecting properties and producing reports on residential properties in line with the RICS requirements for Level 3 Building Surveys and Homebuyers Reports and producing Redbook valuations. Due to the nature of growth within the business and the continuous workload coming from referrals, there is an opportunity to be fast-tracked to Director of the company and take on a more senior role.

In order to be considered for this role, you will need to have the following:

  • You will be MRICS or AssocRICS and RICS Registered Valuers qualified.
  • You will also need to have experience of producing homebuyer reports in line with RICS requirements for Level 3 Building Surveys and Homebuyer reports.

The area covered is predominantly SE London, Surrey, Sussex and North / West Kent.
