Senior Residential Building Surveyor

Will be a leading global real estate service consultancy, dedicated to shaping the future of real estate, by prioritising teamwork, excellence, and ethics.

Your new role
You will be working on residential projects for the private sector, local government, and social housing, covering:

  1. Level 2 & 3 Building Surveys, Valuations, Project monitoring
  2. Experience of successfully building and sustaining client relationships and instructions, including being able to explain and justify the approach and assumptions adopted to directors and clients
  3. Good understanding of the valuation instruction process, contract management, and forecasting

What you’ll need to succeed

  1. MRICS (not necessary but preferable)
  2. Experience working on residential projects at consultancy level
  3. Driving licence
