Due to a relocation, a rare opportunity has become available for an experienced Consultant to join the Professional Services business on a huge desk, with 3 counterparts assisting perm. This is a suitable opportunity for a Senior Consultant or above, to take over an extremely big opportunity to grow a significant "business within a business".
The desk operates across clients within the Inhouse markets, we have 3 perm consultants on the permanent side and have recently had a high demand for temporary workers, so are investing in the temporary business as there is growth within this space. We have previously had a £30k DB on this desk, however, it has dropped off due to not having an experienced head. We need someone experienced to come in and pick up the high demand for this work from our clients, as well as take advantage of the huge remit which you will be given to build it even further.
Relationships are key in legal to generating business; it is heavily line led and more often than not our business is exclusive and you can influence it heavily on rates, with an average margin of 24% (inclusive of contracted rates). It is an exciting time to take over a desk which you know you have ultimate opportunity on and that has very high billing potential.
You will be working alongside a market leader in Legal who is consistently a top biller Nationally and a wider team of 10 consultants who like to do things outside of work together and have an extremely collaborative culture in which we fully support any development. The Legal business in London has bounced back excellently from the recent economy challenges and 16k last period and are already on 170k+ for this period with over 100k+ perm in forwards.
