Your new role as a Senior Recruitment Consultant:
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you\βll have the freedom to do things differently, supported by colleagues and a leadership team with a wealth of experience in the recruitment industry. utilizing your recruitment expertise to establish and grow your presence, your job role will include:
Candidate Engagement: Running a 360 desk, you will find and engage the best talent, attracting top talent through effective candidate engagement strategies. Guiding candidates throughout the interview and offer process, ensuring a seamless experience. Whilst providing expert, specialist advice.

Client Growth: Foster lasting relationships, building and nurturing relationships with clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities. Understanding client recruitment needs and providing strategic advice to ensure the best candidate matches.

Market Expansion: Becoming an industry expert through networking and staying ahead of market trends, working with the leadership team on initiatives and projects and develop and implement effective individual business and sales plans.

Team Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to Trainee consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture. Lead by example through exceptional, consistent fee performance, activity, and attitude
