TOP TIER LEGAL DESK (PERM/TEMP)

Due to a relocation, a rare opportunity has become available for an experienced Consultant to join the Professional Services business on one of its highest performing desks. This is a suitable opportunity for a Senior Consultant or above, to take over an extremely hot desk with unparalleled opportunity.

The desk operates across clients within the top tier law firms covering both temporary and permanent appointments. This desk has billed north of £300k and has already made £40k this FY. I really do feel the sky is the limit with this opportunity, it is a proven market with a track record of excellent job flow and fees. This desk has an average fee of £15k and has recently produced a £26k+ fee with agreed contracted rates. Hays is perfectly set up to attack the market in this space and with a proactive approach to our unrivalled cross sell opportunity, I feel this business could comfortably generate north of £300k+ in fees in FY22. You will be working alongside a market leader in Legal who is consistently a top biller Nationally and a wider team of 11 consultants who often have team nights out (most recently last Friday) and have an extremely collaborative culture in which we fully support any development.

The Legal business in London has gone through a sustained period of growth over the last three years and has bounced back excellently from the recent effects of the ongoing pandemic and are over 300% up on LY. Having recently received excellent YourVoice feedback you will be joining a business with an excellent culture and a proven track record in developing people.

If you are a high performing Senior Consultant or above and enjoy building long term relationships, in an environment where candidates and clients require consultation and support, we would love to hear from you.

At Hays, we share a passion for creating a culture where there are opportunities for our people to flourish and succeed, whatever your background.
