I\’m currently recruiting for a well-established property services provider that\’s looking for a commercially sharp and relationship-focused
Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the financial management of a long-term, multi-year partnering contract valued at £10 million annually. This role is all about
planned and cyclical maintenance works-no reactive repairs-and covers Hampshire and surrounding areas.
You\’ll be based out of the Hampshire regional office, taking full ownership of the commercial lifecycle of this high-value contract.
Key responsibilities include cost control, forecasting, monthly reporting, managing a large team and supply chain, and liaising with clients, consultants, and site teams. You\’ll also be using EasyBOP and AnaPlan for cost management, so experience with these (or similar systems) is ideal.
This is a true partnering contract, so building strong relationships is essential. You\’ll act as the commercial bridge between stakeholders, ensuring transparency, trust, and long-term success.
