Senior Quantity Surveyor – Near Reading – 1 Year Contract – Hybrid – Immediate Start
Your new company You’ll be joining a leading organisation working on a major infrastructure project near the Reading area. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-profile scheme on a 12-month contract basis.
Your new role As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take ownership of the commercial aspects of the project. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and populating monthly reports (CVR/DES)
- Submitting client applications for payment (AFP)
- Managing project procurement
- Assessing supply chain AFPs and compiling final accounts
- Driving cost control and maximising project value
- Mitigating risks and optimising cash collection
What you\’ll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally at senior level
- Strong knowledge of cost control, procurement, and risk management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
