Your new role
Due to continued growth they are now looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. They partner with developers, contractors, and private clients to deliver high-impact projects with precision and performance across the UK. The role gives you the chance to influence outcomes, build lasting relationships, and deliver real value from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver full quantity surveying and estimating services, from cost planning to final accounts
- Provide strategic commercial and financial advice to clients
- Prepare Bills of Quantities, tender documentation, and feasibility studies
- Manage procurement, contracts, valuations, and payments for sub-contractors
- Drive value recovery, cost control, and profitability across projects
- Support claims preparation, dispute resolution, and negotiations
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business growth and represent the company
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree-level qualification in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
- Experience across both pre- and post-contract services
