This is an exceptional opportunity for a mid-level to senior lawyer to add real value to this growing international business, headquartered in Leeds.

Day to day, as senior legal counsel, you will be front and centre in the creating and negotiating of contracts for new and existing household name clients, many of which are international. You will regularly be liaising with and advising regulatory and product lawyers within the Legal team in addition to liaising with key stakeholders in other Group businesses globally. An interest in playbooks, knowledge management and data matters would most certainly be advantageous.

Key to the role is providing training and support to the business in terms of legal principles, risk management etc.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercial contracts lawyer with experience gained either in-house or in private practice. You will be an exceptional communicator, well-used to dealing with key stakeholders (or clients) both internal and external. You will join a fabulous and collegiate environment.

Benefits on offer include a generous bonus, 29 days absence days/annual leave from day one, pension to 8%, private medical cover, income protection and death in service x 8. Hybrid working – the successful candidate will need to attend the office 2 days a week (lawyers must live within an easy commute of Leeds). Full-time or 4 days a week lawyers are of interest.
