Your New Role As Learning & Development Leader, you will be responsible for driving learning initiatives that support business goals, enhance employee performance, and foster a culture of continuous development.

This is a strategic yet hands-on role, blending learning design, talent development, leadership coaching, and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities include: Developing and delivering the organisation's learning and development strategy.

Partnering with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and development priorities.

Designing and implementing leadership and management development programmes.

Creating innovative learning solutions that support employee growth and career progression.

Managing learning platforms, frameworks, and development pathways.

Collaborating with HR and business leaders to support talent, succession, and organisational development initiatives.

Evaluating learning effectiveness and using data to inform future development activities.

Promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across the organisation.

What You'll Need to Succeed We are interested in speaking with experienced Learning & Development professionals who are passionate about building capability and creating impactful learning experiences.

You will ideally have: Experience leading learning, talent, or organisational development initiatives.

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Experience designing and delivering leadership and professional development programmes.

A commercial approach with the ability to align learning initiatives to business objectives.

Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Experience working with learning technologies, digital learning solutions, or learning management systems.

CIPD qualification or relevant learning and development certifications would be advantageous.
