Your new role involves reporting directly to the MD and joining an established team. You will be responsible for providing a high level of technical IT support across schools in Wigan & Merseyside. You will provide IT support for a range of technologies, including hardware, software, and bespoke technologies unique to the education sector. Additionally, you will maintain technical documentation and communicate relevant updates to the individual schools while carrying out project work for upgrades and implementations.

In return, you will be paid a competitive salary of between £35,000 and £38,000, along with an attractive benefits package, including a generous holiday allowance, an additional day of leave for your birthday, access to a private pension scheme, ongoing training and development, and both branded workwear and mobile devices provided.
