As a Senior Integration Developer, you'll play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) solutions. Your focus will be on creating a robust integration API layer that enables seamless communication between our systems.
Responsibilities:
- Boomi Integration Layer: You'll oversee all aspects of our Boomi integration layer, ensuring its efficiency and effectiveness.
- Improvements and Best Practices: Review and recommend functional and non-functional enhancements to our existing Boomi integration layer. Implement best practices, including error handling and security.
- API Design: Create technical specifications for API development, aligning them with integration standards.
- Risk Assessment: Participate in Technical Design meetings to assess and communicate risks associated with technical decisions.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve integration errors and support tickets promptly.
- Documentation: Document integration designs and contribute to BAU (Business as Usual) handover documentation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts and users to understand requirements and deliver impactful integration solutions.
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with the Head of Software Development and Head of Business Transformation to ensure our integration layer aligns with our Business Transformation Strategy.
Qualifications:
- Hands-On Experience: Practical experience implementing integration using tools like Boomi, Mulesoft, or Informatica. (Must have)
- Security Focus: Prioritise security in your work.
- Database Familiarity: Some familiarity with Oracle and/or SQL Server. (Must have)
- Microsoft Technologies: Preferable experience with Microsoft technologies (e.g., Power Platform).
- ERP/EPM Integration: Experience integrating with ERP/EPM applications.
- REST and XML: Proficiency in REST and XML technologies. (Must have)
