This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing commercial fit out contractor based in London, delivering high-quality CAT A and CAT B fit out projects across the capital. With a strong reputation for excellence and a growing portfolio of projects ranging from £1m to £30m, the company is expanding its pre-construction team to support its ambitious growth plans.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions
  • Managing the full tender process across multiple packages
  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Supporting bid strategy and value engineering
  • Contributing to business development through successful tendering

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Proven experience as an Estimator within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Main Contractor
  • Strong knowledge of CAT A and CAT B commercial fit out projects
  • Experience with full packages of work on projects from £1m to £10m, with exposure to larger cut and carve schemes up to £30m
  • A proactive, commercially minded approach with a passion for winning work
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, growing business
  • Must have the right to work in the UK and will not require Visa sponsorship
