Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions
- Managing the full tender process across multiple packages
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Supporting bid strategy and value engineering
- Contributing to business development through successful tendering
What you'll need to succeed:
- Proven experience as an Estimator within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Main Contractor
- Strong knowledge of CAT A and CAT B commercial fit out projects
- Experience with full packages of work on projects from £1m to £10m, with exposure to larger cut and carve schemes up to £30m
- A proactive, commercially minded approach with a passion for winning work
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, growing business
- Must have the right to work in the UK and will not require Visa sponsorship
