Your new role
As an Environmental Planner, you will play a pivotal role in project delivery and team development.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring, supporting, and mentoring junior staff
  • Assisting the Environmental and Planning team on a variety of projects
  • Ensuring timely delivery and accountability of team objectives
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

What you\’ll need to succeed

  • Minimum of five years\’ experience in the environmental sector
  • Proven track record in waste management projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A relevant academic degree and progress toward chartered membership with a recognised professional institute
  • Thorough knowledge of UK environmental legislation, policy, and technological solutions
  • Strong project management capabilities, including budget, scope, and timeline control
  • Ability to manage client expectations on sustainability-related matters
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
