This role is based in the Caribbean. Our client is a well-established Main Contractor in the Caribbean, and we are supporting them in their search for a Senior Site Engineer/Section Manager to join their delivery team. They cover a broad range of projects on Island from new build (RC/Steel Frame) to Refurb and Civil/Infrastructure. You will be starting work on a £45M new build project, due to break ground in April 2026. You will be confident in your ability to take new build projects (RC/Steel Frame) from precon to delivery in the region of £20M+.

You will:
- Manage the works on the project, including management of junior staff and the supervision of subcontractors.
- Maintain a record of surveys, site setting out, laying out of grids, the preparation of redline as-built drawings.
- Manage Owner EDMS, RFIs, submittals, as-builts and general management of quality control process.
- Manage the site safety plan, the preparation of job hazard analysis and risk assessments for all work, safety meeting minutes, incident reports and investigations.
You will have:
- A Civ Eng Degree or equivalent and experience with Leica/Trimble total station.
- The ability to read / prepare construction drawings using AutoCad.
