Senior lawyer at legal director level (or strong senior associate) sought for high-level defendant insurance involving PI and property damage matters for a range of private and public sector clients, including insurers, local authorities and a variety of public sector bodies.
The successful lawyer will manage their own high-value multi-track caseload and manage and delegate to more junior lawyers.
This opportunity has strong partnership prospects and affords an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, growing department, recognised as a market leader for litigation work acting for clients in the public sector space.
Lawyers must have:
- At least 10 years PQE
- Extensive high-value PI experience as well as property damage claims & coverage disputes for insurers
- People management & supervisory experience
- A proven track record of strong client handling skills and a strong commercial approach
- Good collaboration abilities and a willingness to get involved in BD
This is a rare but excellent opportunity for a senior insurance lawyer seeking a new challenge with very real promotion prospects.
