About the role
As a Cyber Uplift Business Analyst, you will Provide analysis and requirements gathering for Cyber Uplift delivery projects, ensuring that business needs are translated into clear technical and functional deliverables.

Shifts: Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
- Owns requirements from discovery through to acceptance
- Engages business, cyber and technical stakeholders to capture accurate requirments
- Maintains requirements traceability throughout delivery
- Provides clear mapping of the as is solution and the to be solution
- Write clear requirements that are peer reviewed with other Business Analysts on the programme
- Working with your Product Owner or stakeholders to understand the current situation and metrics/problems to improve
- Supports UAT planning, scenarios and execution
- Contributes to governance artefacts and design sign offs
- Acts as a bridge between delivery teams and stakeholders
- Plans and facilitates workshops, interviews and working sessions
- Engages regularly with stakeholders to clarify and refine requirements
- Breaks down complex problems into clear and actionable requirements
- Prioritises requirements in line with delivery plans and risk reduction
- Maintains requirements traceability and change control
- Supports backlog creation, refinement and prioritisation
- Works closely with Delivery Leads to shape scope and sequencing
- Supports defect triage by clarifying intent and acceptance criteria
- Documents decisions, assumptions and constraints.

- A daily rate, in-scope IR35, of £450 (PAYE) OR £600-650 (via a Hays Approved Umbrella Company).
- This role provides a hybrid working access from the comforts of your own home and only going to our state-of-the-art office in Waterside (1/2) days per week.
