Your new role
I am seeking a highly organised and proactive Senior Administrator to join a small team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth running of administrative operations, supporting senior leaders, and contributing to the success of the team. Some of your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Managing and coordinating administrative tasks to support various departments.
- Preparing reports and correspondence.
- Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Organising and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Updating systems.
- Dealing with the office inbox.
- Streamlining processes to improve operational efficiency.
