Your new role
- Raising Purchase Orders - Manage the process of raising POs for planned works, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Complaint Handling - Support the team to address and resolve complaints efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership - Lead and support a small team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Administrative Duties - Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the team.
- Reporting - Update key information and KPIs accurately.
What you'll need to succeed
