A very successful Automotive company in Barnsley is looking for a Senior Administrator. This is a newly created position, so one to make your own!
Joining a small team, you will work alongside Sales, progressing vehicles that have been allocated to customers, as efficiently and effectively as possible. You will build rapport with the workshop, keep on top of any delays, keep the customer informed and deal with logistics for delivery, making sure the whole process runs smoothly whilst keeping the customer happy. You will raise invoices on the system and be professional and super-organised. You must have a keen eye for detail and have a proactive approach to making sure vehicles are where they are supposed to be, at the right time.
You must have excellent system skills to include Excel and be able to use lookups/formulas and pivot tables to be able to extract data for reports. This will be a 9 - 5 position and based 100% in the office. 35 hours a week.

- You must have more than just basic administrative skills as this will be a challenging yet rewarding position.

- Ideally, you will have a driving licence.
